TIBU Africa Awards (2021)

The first summit on education through Sport Summit in Africa took place earlier this year in Morocco under the theme “Unleashing the Potential of African Youth through Sport”. This event celebrates initiatives, organisations, associations and individuals who are committed and involved in sport for social change at national, continental or international level.
As part of this, Tackle were presented with the award for ‘The most committed international organisation working in sport for development across Africa’, with recognition for their delivery of high quality programming across East, West and South Africa, reaching more than 20,000 young people and community members and engaging 7,458 young people in voluntary HIV testing and counselling services.
